DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery date*. Returns will be refunded minus a return shipping fee of $15. All items discounted at and over 40% are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
*this applies to all non-face mask merchandise and online purchase.
EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT
We provide two exchange options: Exchange or store credit
- You will receive an email with your new order number.
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a refund.
- Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid for each item and we cannot honor a new discount code for exchange requests of different items.
- Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase.
- All items discounted at and over 40% are Final Sale and may not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, original tags must be intact.
- Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
- Our products are dispatched through our NYC retail location. All items come on a first come first serve basis. We try our hardest to fulfill all orders in full.

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your exchange/refund has been processed. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability.
