DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of order date.
Making a return is easy; simply request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 10 days of receiving your order.
To request an RA#, please email email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Merchandise eligible for return must not be on sale, worn, altered, or washed with original tags intact. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
All items discounted over 40% are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged
Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
Our products are dispatched through our NYC retail location. All items come on a first come first serve basis. We try our hardest to fulfill all orders in full.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
1) Request a Return Authorization Number
Before sending out your return / exchange package, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) via email.
To return or exchange an item in one of our retail stores, please contact us at email@example.com.
2) Label your return with your RA#
Please write this number on the outside of your package. Merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days from the issuance of the RA#.
3) Send it back
After you receive your RA# and your package is clearly labeled, send your package to the following address:

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your exchange/refund has been processed. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order.
