DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
All items discounted at and over 40% are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged
We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery date.
(Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery).
- Merchandise eligible for return must not be sale items more than 40% off, worn, altered, or washed.
- Original tags must be intact.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
Our products are dispatched through our NYC retail location. All items come on a first come first serve basis. We try our hardest to fulfill all orders in full.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Before sending out your return / exchange package, please email: email@example.com. We will issue you a Return/Exchange Form to attach to the shipment

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your exchange/refund has been processed. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order.
