Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, please note that delays may be incurred.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. A tracking number does not necessarily mean it has been shipped out, but is a sign that it will be possibly be shipped the next day or two. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Cancelling an order is possible only within 30 minutes after an order is made. 

We're not able to offer an exchange at this time as it may cause more delays to shipments. If you need a different item or color, then you'll need to cancel your order and place a new one. 

Just email retail@kesnyc.com with your order number and request, and our team will help facilitate any changes before the order enters the shipping queue.
