SADHU relief oil was created by Jocelyne Stern at the Brooklyn Yoga Club, it was inspired by her travels to Northern India and studies of Yoga. SADHU relief oil is an aromatic non medicinal beauty oil for both the body and the mind. A rich golden blend formulated with sustainably harvested, wildcrafted hand distilled ingredients from national forests infused with healing botanicals that have comforting, uplifting and energizing properties. SADHU relief oil is never diluted or adulterate. Adapting to seasonal changes can present slight batches variations in scent, color and texture, this is simply the nature of natural ingredients, we believe it contributes to the uniqueness and respect for nature inherent to SADHU relief oil, for you to experience.

Apply as needed with a gentle massage. For an extra relaxing sensory experience, warm a drop or two between your hands and inhale. Because of its warming quality is not intended to be used on the face and eyes area. 

Ingredients: Organic Mustard Oil, Fresh Organic Ginger Oil, Marjoram & Clove pure Essential Oils, Saffron Pure Oil. 1.7 fl.oz - Formulated and crafted in the United States. Tested on real people not animals.

SADHU is non medicinal and not indented to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent. 

This oil is supernatural, preservatives free and minimally processed please use within 6 months. For maximum vibrance store in a cool dark place. SADHU  glass containers are rated for Food Grade Safety and are fully recyclable, the cap is made of compressed wood with natural resin and is petrochemicals free. BUTTERelixir boxes are made of recycled SFI certified paper sourced in sustainably managed forests. Certified Sustainable Forestry Initiative Sourcing - SFI2015-2019 Fiber Sourcing Standard.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:

  1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
  2. Duties charged for processing by your country.
Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
 
Where is my order?
 

Once your order is placed, please note that delays may be incurred for any products under pre-order or with longer fulfillment times. These information are detailed in each product description. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Cancelling an order is possible only within 30 minutes after an order is made. 

We're not able to offer modifications on pending orders at this time as it may cause more delays to shipments. If you need a different item or color, then you'll need to cancel your order and place a new one. 

Just email retail@kesnyc.com with your order number and request, and our team will help facilitate any changes before the order enters the shipping queue.

Returns/Exchanges

For hygienic purposes, face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery

DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

All items discounted at and over 40% are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged

We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of delivery date.

(Face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery).

Conditions:

  • Merchandise eligible for return must not be sale items more than 40% off, worn, altered, or washed.
  • Original tags must be intact.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

Our products are dispatched through our NYC retail location. All items come on a first come first serve basis. We try our hardest to fulfill all orders in full.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Before sending out your return / exchange package, please email: info@kesnyc.com. We will issue you a Return/Exchange Form to attach to the shipment

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your exchange/refund has been processed. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order.
