DOMESTIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
(Store Credit or Exchange ONLY)
Making a return is easy; simply request a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 days of receiving your order.
To request a RA#, please email retail@kesnyc.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
Merchandise eligible for return must not be worn, altered, or washed with original tags intact. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE
Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
All items come on a first come first serve basis. We try our hardest to fulfill all orders in full.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
Making a return is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
1) Request a Return Authorization Number
Before sending out your return / exchange package, please email: service@otteny.com. We will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) via email.
To return or exchange an item in one of our retail stores, please contact us at retail@kesnyc.com.
2) Label your return with your RA#
Please write this number on the outside of your package. Merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days from the issuance of the RA#.
3) Send it back
After you receive your RA# and your package is clearly labeled, send your package to the following address:

To return or exchange in one of our retail stores, please email us first at retail@kesnyc.com so that we can notify the store in advance.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your exchange/refund has been processed. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order.

TWO HOURS DELIVERY IN NYC
In the event that you would like to receive your order with in two hours, you must have an address in NYC.  your order must be accepted in our system no later than 5:00 pm.  Once we'll process your order and you'll receive a confirmation with the delivery details and you'll be able to follow your package and see where its at.  
The two hours delivery with in NYC will cost $30 and will not be refundable.
